God’s Full Supply

Richard RobertsSecond of two parts

Isaiah 60 shows us three more ways we can step up to a new level of faith in our walk with God by raising our expectations.

Step 5) Expect a new supply. Isaiah 60:6 NLT says, The multitude of camels shall cover your land… To me, that means if you’ll expect it, God has a new supply for you—one beyond your current supply. Genesis 24 tells how Isaac received a fresh supply from God when Rebekah showed up with a train of camels loaded with all sorts of abundance for her new husband. God’s supply came streaming into Isaac’s life, and it can come streaming into yours too!

Step 6) Expect to live in the favor of God. The Bible teaches us to expect favor to come to us. Isaiah 60:10 NIV declares, “Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you.” Expect God’s favor like you’ve never expected it before, because the time is short and we need to find new ways to take the Gospel to the nations of this earth. That takes favor.

Step 7) Expect the gates of provision to come open and stay open. Isaiah 60:11 NAS says, “Your gates will be open continually; they will not be closed day or night, so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations.” This is talking about doors of blessing that are open wide! When you make everything you do a seed you sow to the Lord—your love, money, time, talent, or prayers—you can have a Bible right to expect the gates of God’s provision to open wide. The moment you sow a seed, it goes into the hands of God, and something supernatural can be loosed in the spirit realm. So don’t settle for a trickle of God’s provision. Lift your expectations so you can live in His full supply!
