Student Acknowledgment and Agreement

I understand and agree to the stated course enrollment policies of Oral Roberts Ministries (found on the School of the Spirit information page at www.oralroberts.com). I agree to the regulations and instructions governing the course set forth by the terms and conditions of enrollment. I understand that this is a continuing education course that provides information resulting in the school certifying continuing education units. I understand that the course is not offered for college credit. I understand that this course does not guarantee my acceptance in any position by any church or organization. I understand that a certificate signifying completion of the course will be awarded, either: Certificate of Completion for attending all class sessions, or an Advanced Certificate of Completion pending fulfillment of all course requirements, and that no additional benefit from enrollment is expected or granted.

I, the undersigned student, hereby certify that I have read and understand the entire agreement and agree to its terms and conditions and will fully comply with them for the duration of this class. I further certify that I consent to be removed from the class or premises, including the Internet if applicable, upon request or demand by any ORM personnel and fully release ORM and its affiliates and employees from and against any and all claims that I have or may have in the future relating to withdrawal or removal from the course for any reason.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We look forward to your attendance in the class sessions. To accomplish the teaching objectives and allow all students to enjoy the class, ORM reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student from the class and, if necessary, to remove from the class session any student who is causing a disruption or otherwise acting inappropriately in class, on the premises, or on the Internet. Inappropriate conduct shall include, but not be limited to, any disorderly conduct, which in the sole subjective discretion of ORM personnel, is deemed offensive or detrimental to the class or experience.

As certain fixed expenses related to the class will have been incurred, regardless of a removal of a student from class, no refund of tuition will be given to a student who is removed from the class.

Prior to the second class session, the following refund policy will be followed should a student need to request a refund of tuition. A full (100%) refund of tuition will be given if a written (P.O. Box 2187, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74102-2187), faxed (918-591-2193), or emailed (jeff.ogle@oralroberts.com) request is made to Dr. Jeff Ogle, Dean before the second class session. Refunds cannot be issued for non-attendance. Book fees are not refundable unless books are returned in new condition. Refunds require up to 30 days to process. ORM reserves the right to amend this policy for specialized events and programs.
