The basic certificate track is designed for students who desire to attend class sessions but do not desire to complete reading and other course assignments. So, the basic certificate track includes 6 to 8 one and a half hour class sessions and quizzes with no additional assignments outside of the classroom lectures. Although books are not required for the basic certificate track, students will need their personal copy of the Holy Bible when attending/viewing the class sessions. The advanced certificate track includes the same 6 to 8 one and a half hour class sessions and quizzes but also includes a Study Guide and book(s) for additional study. A certificate or advanced certificate will be awarded to students once course requirements have been achieved. The basic track is not a prerequisite to the advanced. Students have the option to enroll in either the basic or advanced track each time they begin a new course of study.
How much time do I have to finish a course?
Courses are designed to be completed within 6 to 8 weeks. It is recommended that students view one class session per week and complete one quiz per week. Students enrolled in the Advanced Certificate Track will follow the weekly reading/assignment schedule from the Study Guide in addition to viewing and completing one class session and quiz per week. Students are free to schedule their own study periods each week. The DVD and Internet On Demand curriculum does not require students to study at any particular time or day of the week.
