Quick and Easy Cinnamon Streusel Rolls


  • 2-8 oz. (Pillsbury) Crescent Seamless Dough sheet (or Crescent Originals)

Streusel Mix

  • 1/6 cup (Bisquick) baking mix
  • 1/6 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Set out 2 cookie sheets (non-stick).  No spraying or greasing is necessary.

Open tubes and unroll each complete Dough Sheet onto their own cookie sheet (if using Crescent Originals, unroll and seam together pre-cuts so the dough becomes one sheet).  Allow Dough Sheets to warm to room temperature (cold dough will not cook properly).

Using a fork, mix all Streusel ingredients until crumbly.

Evenly sprinkle a light layer of Streusel onto the Dough Sheets (too heavy a layer might cook unevenly).

Roll up each Dough Sheet into one long roll and slice evenly into 8 pieces and place onto cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve hot as a roll or cold as a cookie.

Suggest dusting with powdered sugar or topping with a pat of butter while hot.
