Mid-May Letter

Dear Partner,

As a blood-bought child of the Most High God — the God-of-More-Than-Enough — you are connected to the single most powerful force in the universe! Let there be NO DOUBT about what is available to you because of your connection to the God of Abraham.

Before you read any further, I want you to take time right now to praise God. Praise Him for His faithfulness… Praise Him for sending His Son, Jesus, to die for you on the cross and set you free from the power of sin… Praise Him for His love… His kindness… And His goodness!

Now, read the following out loud. Allow your mind to hear you speaking these words: “Father, in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, I thank You for making the Resurrection Power that raised Jesus from the grave available to me! Thank You for helping me understand how to use Your power to be the overcomer I believe You created me to be. I thank You for Your assurance and ever-abiding presence. Open my eyes of understanding as I read this letter from Richard. Thank You for bringing us together in ministry as we continue to move forward by faith into the harvest fields as we make ready for Your return. In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Now that you’ve taken some time to remind yourself of who God is and how good He has been to you, I have a very important question for you… Because I want you to see yourself overcoming the hassles and challenges that are keeping you from participating in the fullness of what God has for you, I want you to ask yourself this question: Have you had enough already? I believe those two words — “ENOUGH ALREADY!” — could be two of the most important words you utter as you move into the fullness of the pattern God has for you. Let me explain why…

The Bible tells us it’s the little foxes that ruin the grapevines (Song of Solomon 2:15). Since foxes eat grapes, they can potentially ruin the harvest of a vineyard if they are allowed to run wild. In other words, if we don’t deal with the little problems in life as soon as they come up, they can add up and eventually cause a big problem, robbing us of our rightful harvest.

Think about it… A little leak in your plumbing, and you could end up with a flooded house if you put off having the leak repaired. Likewise, a little overspending here and there may not immediately result in immediate disaster. However, allow yourself to continue overspending, and you could end up with a maxed-out credit card with debt collectors calling you for payment. And when little disagreements are left unsettled with your spouse, you are setting yourself up for a troubled relationship which far too often results in a stressful marriage relationship, or worse.

That’s why the Bible tells us to “catch those foxes”… those little thieves… before they can destroy our harvest. We must IDENTIFY the thief that is stealing from us and ruining our harvest. We must ACT on what God’s Word says in Song of Solomon 2:15, and stop the thief in his tracks through the divine power and authority we have through our Lord Jesus Christ.

NOW is the time to tell that thief, “ENOUGH ALREADY! You’re not robbing from the harvest God has for me anymore! I WILL have my harvest, in Jesus’ name!” And when we’ve taken our stand on God’s Word, we can PRAISE God, fully confident that His victory over the thief is our victory and that we can see the completion of our harvest.

It’s key to IDENTIFY THE THIEF, because when problems arise, we tend to look for someone or something to blame. And it’s very easy to put the blame on the wrong thing or person. Ephesians 6:12 identifies the real thief of our harvest! “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

Your enemy is not people The enemy is not your bank, the economy, whoever is in public office, your family, or your job. Your enemy is the devil, and the only reason he comes around is to steal, kill, and destroy. That’s all he does! And as soon as you realize that he’s the thief, you’ll recognize him as the source of anything that tries to steal the harvest God has for you. I pray you are letting this truth take root in your spirit… We must identify the thief for who he really is…

When doubt and fear come at you, recognize that it’s the devil trying to get you to surrender your harvest. When negative thoughts rise up in your mind, telling you, “You can’t do it. You’ll never make it. The answer won’t come in time”… That’s the time to stop and identify the thief… The enemy of your harvest — THE DEVIL — is trying to get you to miss what God has for you.

That’s why the words “ENOUGH ALREADY” need to become a daily part of your vocabulary. When the enemy comes against you, you need to push back. James 4:7 calls this resisting him: “Submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Make a decision to believe God, not the enemy. Stand up and tell that thief, “ENOUGH ALREADY! Get your hands off my harvest!” Decide and declare right now that you’re going to get your harvest, no matter what.

The Bible is filled with people who made it in spite of desperate circumstances, because they identified the real enemy and turned to God as the Source of their victory. And they are our examples of living victoriously. Jehoshaphat, a king of Israel, found his army greatly outnumbered by the enemy. He realized he couldn’t get out of the situation by himself. But he also realized that God could help him, and he cried out to God for deliverance: “O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You” (2 Chronicles 20:12).

We all find ourselves in situations like that at times… It may look like we’re outnumbered, or we don’t have the strength to fight, or we’re confused and we don’t know what to do. But the answer is found in God! In Jehoshaphat’s crisis, God sent the answer through a man named Jahaziel. Jahaziel began to prophesy, saying: “Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God’s… You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord… Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you” (2 Chronicles 20:15–17).

I want you to know that God is no respecter of persons. When you come to Him humbly and in faith believing, as Jehoshaphat did, then God will be faithful to send you the answer you need, just as He did for Jehoshaphat. God doesn’t want you to have to fight any battle in your own natural, imperfect, limited strength. He stands ready to take on the fight on your behalf. And in Christ, He has already won the victory for you! “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57). NOWBegin to praise God for His Victory over every challenge you are facing right now…

Whatever battle you may find yourself facing, partner, the Source of your Victory is the Lord. You may not be able to get yourselves out of the situation you’re in. But God can get you out. Psalm 40:1–2 says, “I waited patiently for the Lord; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my steps.”

Put your eyes on Him, look to Him for the solution, and praise Him in advance
of the miracle He already has made available to you in Christ.

This is exactly what Jehoshaphat did in his crisis. He sent out the praisers in front of the army. He gave praise in advance of the miracle that He hadn’t yet seen, but that God had promised him. I believe that the closer that Jehoshaphat and the armies of Israel marched toward the enemy, the louder their praises got! They kept praising, even as they were marching closer and closer into what looked like a losing battle. They were getting closer and closer to their enemy, yet they kept magnifying God. THE VICTORY WAS THEIRS…

The situation you’re in is temporary. I tell you on the authority of the Word, everything on this earth is temporary. But God and His Word are eternal. When you praise God in advance of your miracle, you are turning your attention away from the problem, which is temporary, and turning yourself toward the One who is the Source of your answer. Praise is what you do when you’ve made the decision that God and YOU make an UNBEATABLE combination…

You MUST NOT ALLOW any person, any circumstance, or any lie that the devil can throw at you to put a lid on your joy, your praise, and your thanksgiving. Think about what happened for Jehoshaphat! The Bible tells us in 2 Chronicles 20:25, “When Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away their spoil, they found… an abundance of valuables… and precious jewelry… MORE than they could carry away; and they were three days gathering the spoil BECAUSE THERE WAS SO MUCH.” And remember, Jehoshaphat and His men DID NOT FIGHT… Because Jehoshaphat was obedient, God defeated the enemy and provided the spoils of victory.

Don’t allow the thief to steal your Victory Harvest before you can enjoy it. If you have been believing God for something specific, then I encourage you to stay in faith about the prayer you’ve made and the seeds you’ve planted. Give no place for doubt to operate in your thinking. Identify doubt for what it is, a tool the enemy tries to use against us. He wants you to walk away from your fields before you see the harvest. Turn your attention away from that thief and his lies… Those lies have nothing to do with you. As a blood-bought believer, you have God on your side, the God who brings your harvest to completion in due season.

I want you to know we have a secret weapon in us. It’s the Holy Spirit. “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” (Luke 11:13)

But we have another weapon that can be used against us to undo everything we are working to accomplish… That weapon is our own mouths and what we say. As kids, we used to say, “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” Well, I want you to know a bigger lie was never told. What you say can and often does hurt you.

God, you see, used words to create everything you can see from what you cannot see. In Genesis 1:3, when He said, “Let there be Light,” that same verse records, “THERE WAS LIGHT!” He called that from nothing and made something out of it. What you say is so important.Let us hold fast the profession [spoken words] of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised)” (Hebrews 10:23). Hold fast to your sound words. The Apostle Paul teaches us that your faith is in two places: it’s in your heart, and it’s in your mouth. As you allow the Faith and Action of your heart to be spoken by your mouth, you set into motion the creation power of God in your every situation. Guard every word which comes from your mouth…

Under No Circumstances Do You Have Permission to Give Up!

That’s what I’m telling you right now. Under no circumstances… please listen to me… under no circumstances do you have permission to give up! There’s nowhere in the Bible that says, “I must give up; I must quit.” No! No! Absolutely not! I bind the very thought of giving up in Jesus’ Name. If I were sitting right there with you as you are reading this letter, I would say to you, “I forbid you, in the Name of Jesus, to quit, to stop believing.” And you know I could say these words to you because I care about you and the harvest God has for you.

I will NEVER stop sounding the alarm… I will NEVER stop challenging you to continue moving forward as you move into the perfect pattern of victory God has for you. You are a partner and friend in ministry… I believe God has brought us together to be a dynamic force that will continue lifting up Jesus to every person we can reach, as we continue to do Greater Works to the Glory of God!

And if you’ve been expressing words of doubt and saying, “I wonder if this or that will ever happen…” Don’t say that any longer. Repent before the Lord, as you say, “Lord, I’m sorry I’ve been talking like that. I’m going to talk faith. I’m going to hold on, in Jesus’ Name. And I’m not going to turn loose until the miracle has come into my life. I’m not going to turn loose until that prophetic word that You’ve given me has come to pass in my life. I’m not giving up. I’m not turning back. I’m not quitting. I’m holding on to the confession of my faith, in the authority of Jesus’ mighty name.”

NOW is the time to change your conversations… Let your words be sound words and let them be words of faith. Believe that what God began, He’s going to finish, and what God said is going to start is going to start.

“How long do you hold on?” You just hold on… PERIOD! You DO NOT give up. Don’t allow the devil to have a victory in your life. Remember, when you allow the devil to plant one simple thought, he’ll use that opportunity to sow seeds of doubt, uncertainty and fear in an effort to get you to doubt who you are in Christ and the power that is yours through the blood of Jesus. So, GIVE NO PLACE for the enemy of your success to work… I encourage you to encourage yourself in the Lord. Remind yourself that you are the righteousness of God in Christ.

Your knowledge of God is revealed… quickly and easily… by the level of your faith. When those around you hear you talk, they immediately form a picture of how much you know about God. “But the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32).

NOW IS THE TIME to unlock what God has for you… You’ve heard me talk about Seed Faith since the beginning of my ministry, and yet there continues to be a level of confusion about what the law of God has to do with everyday life.

When you sow a seed, you are looking past your present circumstances and seeing into the future. In other words, a seed planted today actually closed the gap between your current circumstances and the Victory God has for you. Remember, God is not moved by needs… He is moved by your faith God responds to your Faith! “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).

God responds to you when you TRUST HIM TO RESPOND… “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again” (Luke 6:38).

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry”
(Habakkuk 2:3).

Partner, please let there be no doubt in your mind about why God’s plan for your life includes you having MORE than ENOUGH… His plan is to bless you so you can be a blessing… God sees you doing GREATER WORKS… He sees you touching the lives of people around the world and wants to equip you for the mission. As a child of the Most High God, it is His plan for you to embrace His prosperity. Never speak despairingly about God’s prosperity plan for Believers. Your future depends on it.

Prosperity is simply having enough of God’s provisions to complete His instructions in your life. Prosperity gives you the ability to bless others. Prosperity is not a miracle. It is the Divine Reward for Honoring a Divine Law. But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day” (Deuteronomy 8:18). It is God’s plan for you to prosper. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 1:2). It is important that you see yourself as a participant in God’s blessing plan for your life.

As you complete and return the enclosed ENOUGH ALREADY Prayer Sheet, I challenge you to expect a miracle from God as He responds to your ACT of FAITH. Remember, your expectation is you acting as if your miracle has already happened. As you sow into the GREATER WORKS mission God has placed before us, I challenge you to sow, fully expecting God to honor His Word in your life.

Begin now to make room for your miracle… Encourage yourself in the Lord… Talk about the seed you sow into Greater Works and how it is lifting up Jesus to the lost and hurting everywhere we go… Stand on the Word… Give no place for doubt… Speak your miracle harvest as you Praise God for His work in and through your life… Allow the meditations of your heart and the words of your mouth to take you from the masses who need miracles… to the chosen who receive them. As you sow into the exciting world of GREATER WORKS, know that your expectation is also a seed unto the Lord. But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).

GOD IS OPENING DOORS for us to lift up Jesus through the
Greater Works — Operation: Top of the World.
And you can share in every blessing He has for the people of Iqaluit, the largest community
in Nunavut, located near the Arctic circle with a population more than 6,699.

As you complete and return the enclosed Enough Already Prayer and Praise Sheet, I challenge you to use your ACT of FAITH to send the message of Enough Already to the devil and anyone who would try and distract you from the Harvest God has for you.

Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven” (Matthew 18:18). You are a child of God. You carry His authority on earth. The devil is subject to you. Satan must yield to the knowledgeable Believer. Declare aloud now, “Satan, take your hands off my home, my family, my health, and my finances, in Jesus’ Name.”

Now, even as you are thinking about the size of the seed gift stirring in your spirit — the seed that is significant to you — begin to praise God for His response to your act of faith… Allow your spirit to see yourself walking in God’s abundance with every financial need met. Allow your spirit to see yourself as God sees you…

See yourself walking in God’s divine health… See yourself ministering to others… See yourself in the abundant harvest field God has for you… See yourself in fellowship with the God of More Than Enough The God who takes delight in responding to your praise… The God who takes delight in responding to your faith in His ability to fulfill His EVERY promise!

You have been given the authority to do and participate in Greater Works… “For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith” (Mark 11:23). I look forward to hearing from you as we continue to move into the Glory of God as He directs.

And I look forward to placing your Proclamation of Faith where I will see it as a constant reminder that God has placed us together in ministry to do Greater Works…
