Q: When I try to navigate the ORM website, my computer is extremely slow and doesn’t respond very well, what is the problem?

A: This is most likely because you have a slow Internet connection, such as dial-up. The only way to correct this issue is to sign up for high speed Internet service such as Cable or DSL. These can be found through your local cable and/or phone companies. If you would like to browse a stripped down version of the site, you could adjust your browser settings to not show images, but your browsing experience will be greatly lessened.

Q: Why does the ORM website not load properly on my browser? It is hard to read and understand.

A: Unfortunately, due to browser compatibility issues, websites cannot be made to be perfectly viewable in all browsers. The Oral Roberts Ministries website is best viewed in Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3 (or higher) on a Windows-based PC, or on Firefox 3 or Safari 3 (or higher) on a MacOS X machine. Q: When I try to use the prayer request form on the ORM website, it doesn’t work properly…what can I do to send my prayer request?

A: Unfortunately, not all browsers and/or computers can be compatible with our prayer request processing system. If you have had a challenge getting the prayer request page to work, you can also submit your prayer request by calling the Abundant Life Prayer Group at 918.495.7777 or you can email them directly at prayer@orm.cc.
